RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

All products sold by Sasha Marie Magazine are digital downloads delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products after purchase and delivery. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased product, and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (refund issued for the duplicate transaction only)
  • You were charged but did not receive access to your digital product

To request a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at sashagara44@gmail.com.
